After your session you receive a digital lookbook (styles, color examples, pricing, timeline, care info), followed within 24–48 hours by a personalized email summary, recommendations, quote & ordering instructions.
How payment & insurance work: Your wig is purchased directly through us — we want to make sure it gets to you as smoothly as possible. If you have insurance coverage, any reimbursement will come to you directly from your provider after your purchase. You may pay securely by credit or debit card at checkout. We provide an itemized superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. We do not bill insurance directly, and because these are premium custom medical wigs, insurers often reimburse only a portion. We believe in being upfront with you: payment is made in full at the time of purchase. Many of our clients are able to recoup some or all of that cost through their insurance provider, and we'll walk alongside you every step of the way to make that process as easy as possible.
