Measure all the way around your head along the hairline — front, above the ears, and around the nape — back to the start. This is the foundation of your fit.
From your front hairline straight back over the crown to the nape of your neck, measuring the full length of the head.
From the top of one ear, up and over the crown, down to the top of the other ear.
From the front of one ear, across the forehead hairline, to the front of the other ear.
From one temple, around the back of the head, to the other temple — capturing the curve of the crown.
The width across the base of your neck, from one side of the nape to the other.
