1.Our Services
Paris Hair MD designs and sells custom medical wigs, hair toppers, and related services. We operate entirely online, and consultations, measurements, and fittings are conducted remotely with our guidance.
2.Consultations
Consultations are a paid service (the Signature at $150 and the VIP Elite at $350) intended to help us understand your needs. The consultation fee is credited toward your wig purchase. They are not medical appointments and do not constitute medical advice. Please consult your healthcare provider regarding any medical aspect of your care. Consultation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3.Custom Orders & Final Sale
Because each piece is custom-made to your individual measurements and specifications, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We confirm your measurements and details with you before crafting begins, and we provide guidance throughout to help ensure your satisfaction. If your piece arrives damaged or differs from your confirmed specifications, please contact us promptly and we will work with you to resolve it.
4.Pricing & Payment
Prices shown are starting points and may vary based on your customizations. Final pricing is confirmed during your consultation. Payment terms will be provided at the time of order. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
5.Insurance & Reimbursement
Upon request, we provide documentation and itemized superbills to support insurance or HSA/FSA reimbursement. We do not guarantee coverage, as it depends entirely on your individual plan. Any claim is your responsibility to submit.
6.Production & Delivery Times
Custom pieces are typically delivered within approximately 4–6 weeks from confirmed measurements. Timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
7.Care & Use
Your piece is provided with care instructions. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, alteration, or use inconsistent with our guidance.
8.Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, designs, and branding — is the property of Paris Hair MD and may not be used without permission.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paris Hair MD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
